Full house refurbishment including extension to ground floor and loft conversion. Working closely with the architect and structural engineer, the ground floor was opened up, downstairs bathroom was moved to 1st floor and master bedroom with ensuite was created in the loft space. New timber sash windows were installed, period plaster coving, cast iron fireplaces  and traditional staircases were reinstated to this Victorian terrace house in East London. Oak shaker kitchen installed with aluminium bifold doors and solid oak herringbone floor installed throughout ground floor.
